Episode 343: Tony Pacitti's Journey and Star Wars: The Last Jedi

We are joined this week by Providence Monthly Managing Editor Tony Pacitti! We discuss our Christmas celebrations and Chuck talks about Senior Discount's Christmas Medley being featured on the Tell 'Em Steve-Dave 2017 Christmas Podcast! Whoa mama! After that, we talk about how Tony got to where he is and how Star Wars helped along the way. Once we're up to speed with him, we take a quick spoiler-free look at The Last Jedi, then, after a respectful pause for people who haven't seen it yet, we go through with a spoiler-full recap of the movie and our feelings about it.

Episode 342: Chuck and Brad's Yuletide Takeover on WBRU

For the first three weeks of December 2017, instead of our traditional weekly podcasts, we did a show on WBRU called Chuck and Brad's Yuletide Takeover! So, our Christmas podcast episode this year (which is this) is a compilation of those three episodes. We heartily discuss: Sia's AMAZING 2017 Christmas album "Everyday is Christmas," Brad's Salvation Army Christmas Fight, Chuck's Christmas Whorehouse Prank, the story behind C+B's "Holly Jolly Christmas (Gutterpup Version)," my Brad-vent calendar, the re-recording for a part of Senior Discount's Christmas medley in 2017, the story of the Ninja Turtles' live action "We Wish You a Turtles Christmas," and finally, how stressed and worked-to-the-bone we feel about our creative Christmas endeavors this year - and how we agree that it's the right way to feel on Christmas! Merry Christmas!!

Episode 341: RI Red Food Tours and Gibby the Thanksgiving Goblin

We are joined this week by Gina Mastrostefano! Woo! Gina and Chuck recently went on a food tour of Downtown Providence, courtesy of Rhode Island Red Food Tours. Chuck and Gina tell me about the seven different places they got food and their impressions of the tour, the restaurants, and the meals. Sounds like a pretty good time or gift idea! After that, I bring up a message from a friend about how my sense of humor affects potential dates and we discuss that for a while. Finally, Chuck provides the backstory the world has been clamoring for - a brand new picture-perfect mascot for Thanksgiving; who or what is Gibby the Thanksgiving Goblin?

Episode 340: Tattoos, The Galactic Theatre, and John Mulaney Live

Somehow, we keep this one relatively short. After creating a mascot for Thanksgiving (you're welcome), Chuck and I discuss what tattoos we would force the other person to get. This discussion is all over the place. After that, Chuck tells me about the Galactic Theatre, a new venue in downtown Warren, and the experiences he had there. We review the Dark Tower movie, then quickly move on to our review of John Mulaney's recent performance at the Boston Symphony Hall. After that, Chuck and I break down our friendship and creative partnership in an open, vulnerable, and hopefully still entertaining way.

Episode 339: Jackass: The Game, A Chuck-Posal for Brad, and Thor: Ragnarok

We're back, baby! Our first Non-Halloween episode in a while! We also have a Lego (compatible) Giveaway! Oh papa! We read some listener emails and discuss "Jackass: The Game." We talk about the below Web Couliers and I admit to being frightened of a pretty bad old horror movie. Chuck reads a press release for an alternative to Rhode Island Comic-Con and we talk about the weird world of receiving press releases and how we treat them. We talk about the possibility of Marvel acquiring some film rights from 20th Century Fox and what that would mean for the MCU. Chuck gives an in-hand review of MoviePass (mine has been ordered) and we talk about the future for the service.
Chuck gets real for a moment and talks about a big switch he's making in terms of careers and creativity and I lament my diametrically-opposite work situation. We talk about being accepted to submit jokes through the Pitch app (and make a legally binding agreement to submit more often). Chuck offers some "Chuck-posals" for next year's Halloween podcasts. Chuck then tells me about his recent trip to New Hampshire with Gina's family. I tell the story of my not-great improv workshop experience, then about seeing Taylor Leonhardt at a house show over the weekend. We then give our SPOILER-FREE review of Thor: Ragnarok. Once we've completed that, we offer our spoiler-full review as well. But if you haven't seen the movie, we make it very clear where the change occurs, so feel free to listen!

Episode 338: Cult of Chucky, Death Note, and Chuck and Brad Fix Jigsaw

It's a Halloween Epilogue of sorts this episode! We talk about Tell 'Em Steve-Dave's brand new Halloween VIDEO podcast and get excited! We've spent the past few days watching scary movies and want to break them down while the calendar is still mostly Halloween-adjacent. We start out by talking about the scary-but-not spooky 2015 movie "The Green Room." What would we have changed about it? Was it an accurate portrayal of a band on tour? From there, Chuck schools me on "Cult of Chucky" and I ask the important questions. Chuck then tells me about the movie "Death Note" and tells me I would enjoy it. Please note that neither of us have seen the anime it's based on, so we are not judging it against that! Cool your jets! We close with a spoiler-free review of Jigsaw, then take a deep spoiler-full dive into it to try and figure out we would change and how that would improve the movie. It's fun to fix things!

Episode 337: Halloween 2017

If the ghouls and goblins are out tonight, then it must be time for another Chuck and Brad Halloween Podcast....right?! We are joined by Brian Decoteaux and Nic Hallenbeck for our annual Halloween podcast. We talk about the Halloween/autumnal things we've done over the past month, concluding in a brief recap of the first ever Chuck and Brad's Halloween Spook-tacular Live Comedy Show! I read my prediction for what Chuck's prank on me was and everything!
We revisit our favorite yearly repeated bit - Rejected Halloween Costumes! We talk about new Halloween favorites: The Cinematic Oblivion Podcast's "Slasher Series," the Brooklyn 99 Halloween Heist episodes, The "With Derek and Ray" Halloween podcasts, and the recent Cracked Movie Club podcasts about 'Halloween' and 'The Thing.' Finally, Chuck provides the solution to a problem that's been troubling our Halloween podcasts for years - the nonsensical special "Halloween is Grinch Night." Chuck solves the logistical problems and links ALL the Grinch movies with one common thread. Take a listen!

We're joined this week by stand-up comedian Derek Furtado! We talk for a long while about pranking and how we all feel about it. We talk with Derek about his start in stand-up, his philosophies about comedy, and some crazy stories he's experienced along the way. It's a really fun conversation!

Episode 333: Nathan For You Returns, Social Issues, and Improv Fest Recap

We start this week by griping about our days, before Chuck plugs his Tell 'Em Steve-Dave project one last time. After that, it's listener emails, with discussions about Milkshake Duck and a cool fan-made trailer (linked below). We then discuss the upcoming Kumail Nanjiani/John Cena movie before talking about the "Pitch" app. That leads into a discussion about how much I care about online support (greatly) and whether or not I should (nope). We then talk about the social issues dominating the news cycle over the past week. Anthems, flags, police brutality, disagreements, etc. After that, I give a recap of the recent Providence Improv Fest, then Chuck and I talk about the preparations for an upcoming event.

Episode 332: New Futurama, The Future Of Technology, and "UHF" Live

We're joined this week by local self-proclaimed beauty queen Gina Mastrostefano. We review some listener emails discussing the power of language, a Die Hard Christmas book, the Ducktales theme song in emojis, and a sketch from James Corden. We then duck into movie driplets about an upcoming Jim Carrey/Andy Kaufman documentary and the new Futurama episode (recorded through Nerdist). Chuck tells us about new innovations in wireless charging; this leads to a long discussion about the future of technology and what it will look like and how quickly we'll get there. An unplanned tangent that leads to some really interesting places! Even more interesting than the year 3000? The new Batman/TMNT comic book crossover! We talk about the band "Decapitated" and the charges against them, then talk about Chuck's Nintendo Switch and we all marvel at his Mario Kart prowess. We recount a recent trip to see a screening of "UHF" and Q&A with Weird Al Yankovic, then talk about our time this weekend riding electric bikes around Bristol!

Episode 331: We Might Get in Trouble for This One (and a Spoiler-Free Review of "It")

We're joined once again this week by our pal Lou Perella. We start out by giving our spoiler-free thoughts on the new "It" movie. Chuck then follows it up with a surprise for me and Lou. Chuck met a man at his recent yard sale, and the man was so interesting, Chuck felt compelled to record the conversation without the man's conset, and share it with us (and the podcast audience). Once we get through that (quite frankly) bizarre encounter, we then offer a spoiler-full review of "It" to close out the episode.

Episode 330: Brad Goes Postal

First up we have a newly-recorded intro for this week's episode. We plug some upcoming shows and Chuck plugs his Tell 'Em Steve-Dave project. The rest of the episode - so I was pretty tired when we recorded this, and more than a little stressed with work stuff, and it was late, and other excuses. We start out (actually continuing episode 329) and talk about Reddit and somehow that leads to me snapping at Chuck and being way more petulant than usual. I'm not proud of it, but we didn't edit it out. Once my calmer head prevails (and we talk through our issues like adults), we finish up the Reddit discussion. We then talk about the past of our guest Peter Maldonado and joke about his rage issues from college and beyond. From there, Chuck and Lou discuss what it's like working alongside their fathers and how that is shaping their work experiences.

Episode 329: Saying Goodbye to WBRU, The Belko Experiment and Rick and Morty

We are joined this week by longtime guest Lou Perella and firsttime guest Peter Maldonado. Chuck and I work in some show plugs, then Chuck talks about his experience at the East Greenwich, RI restaurant Chelo's on the Water. After Chuck and I talk about resetting after the Impractical Jokers situation didn't break like we hoped it would, we talk with about going to see Green Day live with Lou. Chuck and I joke about Ray Harrington's upcoming album, about grabbing sushi from a new-to-us place, then about the movie The Belko Experiment. We discuss Senior Discount being asked to open for Crazy Town (and how that panned out for both bands). Lou and Chuck talk about longtime independent alternative station WBRU shutting down and what that means to them. Finally Chuck reveals he's recently watched the entire existing library of episodes of the television show "Rick and Morty" and discusses his enjoyment of the program while dissecting what makes him enjoy it so thoroughly.

Episode 328: The Story of Ray Harrington

This is one of my favorite episodes ever. We are joined by Ray Harrington - comedian, documentarian, good human. We talk about his new album "Overwhelmed," about his documentary "Be A Man," and about his story - how he got started with comedy, what led him to stand-up, and so many other fun and funny topics. It was a great time recording this episode, and I think that will really translate to your listening experience.

RE-UP: Episode 327: A New Tell Em Steve-Dave Project, Chuck's Vermont Trip, and an Impractical Jokers Opportunity

We had to re-post the episode because there was a problem with this episode's XML file. All fixed! We start off by Chuck talking about his involvement with the Tell 'Em Steve-Dave Podcast and a solicitation for ideas for that project. I have a brilliant idea, but didn't mention it and have since forgotten it. :( We then talk about Chuck's trip to Vermont with family and the difficulties presented therein; I chuckle at his misfortune. We chat about Nintendo opening preorders for the SNES Classic and how they sold out quickly and I hate them. We close the episode by revealing the big project we were working on a few weeks ago - an invitation to submit to write for the television show Impractical Jokers - and talk about how things turned out, and how we feel about it and our future.

Episode 326: Nazis, MoviePass, and We Get An NES Classic

In the wake of recent national news, Chuck and I start off this week by talking about Nazis and offer our official podcast stance on the subject. We talk more about the idea of racism in general and how we can help the country become a better place. I also swear in this segment (several times!). We then move on to a listener email, then ease into somewhat lighter fare with some news about the history of Curb Your Enthusiasm, Batfleck, and Gremlins 3. Chuck tells me about the new project from Jeff Tremaine and Patrick O'Dell, then we talk about the MoviePass service. For ten bucks a month, you can see one movie per day. What do we think? We then talk about the NES Classic and are finally able to give a hands-on review of the system. Chuck tells me about a recent trip to the restaurant Los Andes, then savagely and brutally picks apart my personality re: food (and life). We finish up by talking about our recent trips to see WWE wrestling live this week and talk about how much fun we had.

Episode 325: Rancid + Dropkick Murphys, Senior Discount Attacked, and Chuck Almost Drowns!

After the normal social media plugs, we talk about the below Web Couliers. After that, we talk at length about Disney's new streaming service (that starts in 2019) and try to figure out how we are going to consume visual media in the future. After that, Chuck reads selections of a review of Senior Discount's new album. I have no skin in this game; if someone doesn't like the music, that's a valid opinion. That having been said, this is a dumb review and we spend some time marveling at the dumbness of it. Once we get that bile out of our systems, we talk about some Chuck birthday celebrations, then our trip to see Rancid and the Dropkick Murphys in concert. Chuck tells me the story of his kayaking misadventure and I am suitably impressed. We talk about seeing the Lion King in theaters, and close with compliments for Chuck's birthday dinner at Cook and Dagger!

We talk about Daniel Craig returning as James Bond, and Matt Groening taking his talents to Netflix. We discuss (spoiler-free) the new movie War for the Planet of the Apes and how we felt about it. We then talk about our trip to The Grange in Providence, then the jaunt down the street to see Judd Apatow do some live stand-up. We follow that with a discussion about our own adventures in stand-up, as we recently performed a set on stage at the same time. Chuck tells me about his birthday trip to see Hans Zimmer conduct music from his many soundtracks live, then we talk about some birthday festivities for Chuck and for Lou. It's a busy week!

Episode 323: Instagram Philosophies, Ready Player One, and Brad's Family's Visit

As we give our social media plugs this week (@bradrohrer or @DiscountChuck), we get onto the subject of how we use social media. Is it necessary for your insta posts to have lasting value? Do all your tweets have to be funny? We talk about it and try to figure out why we feel the way we do. We spend some time alluding to a major project we're working on, but leave it intentionally vague. After that, we talk about a listener email we received, then the below Web Coulier. We discuss the upcoming season of Nathan For You, then some trailers shown at Comic-Con, including Ready Player One and Thor: Ragnarok. Chuck talks about his weekend, and I talk about my family coming to visit and all the stuff we got to do over the weekend. It was exhausting. But good. But also exhausting.

After that, Chuck and I break down the movie Baby Driver. It's a spoiler-free review, so go ahead and listen even if you haven't seen the movie. After that, we talk about our personal experiences around the 4th of July this year. Chuck talks about a double date he and Gina went on, then we talk about the N64 tournament for my birthday. We then get way, way, way, way off topic in determining whether or not people are mad at me all the time. We bring it back to the matter at hand and talk about our recent trip to see Jerry Seinfeld live in New York. We then talk about the new movie The Big Sick and I think Chuck spoils it a little, but he doesn't think so, so take that with a grain of salt (we both think the movie is excellent). We finish this week talking about the experience of once again judging the Ice Cream Throwdown for RI Food Fights! Woo!

This man has an unhealthy interest in Chuck's recycling habits, and trespasses on Chuck's property repeatedly while Chuck isn't home. The final straw is a 2 AM encounter that leaves Chuck very unhappy. Lou and I do nothing to help. It's wonderful.
We then offer a spoiler-free review of the new film Spider-Man: Homecoming. Once we finish that spoiler-free take on things, we go deep into spoiler territory and talk about every aspect of the movie. It's a lot of fun whenever Lou stops by, and this week is no exception!

Episode 320: Venom in the MCU, the SNES Classic, and Zoobilee 2017

Back in the studio again this week! Chuck and I talk about the new Jurassic World movie and wildly speculate about the plot. We then speculate about the plot of "Jigsaw," the new film in the "Saw" franchise. We then turn our attention to the news that the status of Venom in relation to the Marvel Cinematic Universe and continue our wild speculation about whether our symbiotic pal will make the leap to the MCU and how that could work. From there, we talk about the SNES Classic and whether or not it is worth a purchase. I defend the 16-bit game "Bubsy." We talk about our recent few weeks, including Senior Discount's show with the Toasters, an extended behind-the-scenes (from our points of view) of the Reel Big Fish interview(s). Chuck and Gina relate the story of Roger Williams' Zoobilee 2017 to me - Zoobilee being an annual fundraiser for the Roger Williams Zoo that features food from dozens of Providence restaurants and also Chuck messing up the mojo of the on-site band. We finish with a new segment that we brainstorm on the podcast and have fun doing so. Fun week!

Episode 308: The Epic Tale Of Jon Tillson (REMASTERED)

NOTE FROM THE EDITOR: This episode is the same episode that was posted yesterday, but we realized that Jon's dulcet tones were a little too low in the mix, so we've remixed the episode to re-release it (which is the first time we've ever done this) to give this giggling juggernaut the solid presence he deserves! Also, Brad may or may not have misspelled "Episode" in yesterday's posting. So now all that garbage is fixed! That is all!
We are joined this week by local stand-up comic Jonathan Tillson. After a quick "vomit story" from Chuck (one of many), we get into it with Jon. We hear about his background, his decision to start doing comedy, his comedy philosophy, and, most importantly, how he feels about the live-action reboot of "The Jungle Book." Such a fun talk with such a fun dude! Wow!

Wow!
~ Brad

P.S. As always, yes, we discuss Gremlins.
-Chuck

Come check out Chuck, Brad and Jon this Sunday at the Comedy Connection!

Episode 307: Kong: Skull Island, Paige's Scandal, and New Dave Chapelle Specials

After our standard social media and upcoming show plugs (April 9 at the Comedy Connection), we discuss the below Web Couliers and try and figure out how to describe the action in Atomic Blonde as it relates to other movies. We do not succeed. After that, we talk about Henry Cavill being cast in Mission Impossible 6 via Instagram, an upcoming Amy Poehler/Nick Offerman project, Venom possibly getting an R rating, and a new Sarah Silverman show. Awesome! We also revel in the news of a new Goldfinger album, a Record Store Day exclusive from Against Me!, and a new Days N Daze album.
We dive into the scandal surrounding WWE Superstar Paige and her response. Chuck talks about his trip to see Lion King at the Providence Performing Arts Center, then a trip to see Bryan Callen and Stevie Blue Eyes do stand-up in Boston. We talk about actually eating Thai food at a restaurant in Barrington and discuss our appearance on 'Defend This,' our pal Keith Goward's podcast. We talk about seeing Anthony Jeselnik live (it was great), then talk about going to see Kong: Skull Island (uh...). Chuck tells me about the new Dave Chapelle specials that I haven't watched yet. We discuss Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them (which we have finally seen). Chuck talks a little bit about some video games, including "Dead Storm Pirates," a light-gun game for the PS3. Finally Chuck tells me about his recent trip to see Dan Soder do stand-up. Was he as good as when we saw him at Nick's Comedy Stop a few years back? Listen and find out!

Episode 306: The Story of Ten Cents Short

Let's talk to a young band, shall we? (SPOILER: WE SHALL!!!!!) We are joined this week by the guyz of Ten Cents Short, a Providence-based pop-punk band that doubles as four good human beings. Chuck and I talk with them about their journey toward bandship and some of the things they learned along the way. It's a super-fun conversation with Aaron, Austin, Dave, and John!

Episode 305: Wrestlemania Discussion and Predictions

I know, I know, this could be considered "304 Part Two," but due to a variety of conflating circumstances, it's now considered episode 305. DEAL WITH IT. We are once again joined by the guyzos from Sweet Babylon - Izzy, Lenny, and Kyle! This episode is all about the Grandaddy of them all - WRESTLEMANIA! There are five very different levels of excitement in the room for the annual WWE event and we explore the reasons for it as well as make predictions for matches and winners! Super fun time with the SB Boys!

Episode 304: The WBRU Rock Hunt, Spoiler-Free Logan Review, and We Meet The Autoblow

This week finds the dudes from Sweet Babylon hanging out with us - Izzy, Lenny, and Kyle! The plan was to talk about Logan and Wrestlemania, but we had so much fun we split this episode into two. Here in Part One we talk about the voting for the WBRU Rock Hunt, then offer our spoiler-free thoughts on "Logan." Finally, Chuck unboxes a mysterious package - did Chuck seriously score a free $200 sex toy known as the 'Autoblow?"

Episode 303: Our Ikea Nightmare, We the Kings, and Westworld

We are joined this week by the lovely and talented Gina Mastrostefano. Once we establish that, we start, as we should, with a story about Chuck in a Taco Bell bathroom. We examine the question "Should you knock before you enter a public restroom?" in exhausting detail. Speaking of exhausting, Chuck and I recently went to Ikea and the experience was not great. We share some other customer service stories, then go into Chuck's issues with Dish Network. Chuck and Gina tell me about the We the Kings concert from this past weekend, then briefly talk about Moana. Once that is done, we talk at length about the HBO show "Westworld" and go way way way into spoilers, so be warned!

Episode 302: Chuck's Valentine's Week, Cookie Smackdown, and Lego Batman

We're catching up this week! After some plugs, we get into the below Web Couliers. Chuck and I talk about the recently-announced Jay and Silent Bob reboot and throw an interesting name into the hat to play Marshall Willanholly (Me. It's my name.) We discuss Playboy going back to publishing nudity and Michael Bolton's Big Sexy Valentine's Day Special. We recap our experience as judges/hosts for RI Food Fights' Spectacular Cookie Smackdown, then move on to reviewing The Boss and Lego Batman...one of which Chuck described as possibly the funniest animated movie he's ever seen. We talk about our fancy dinner, then Chuck talks about his week of celebrating with his girlfriend/birthday-haver. They went to see Louis CK. They went to see Us The Duo. They got donuts. They went to family parties. They finally invited me to a party and we talk about the fun we had playing board games on two separate occasions. We did not mention how poorly we've been eating lately.

Episode 301: Chuck and Brad's Harry Potter Part 2!

In a callback to episode 218, Chuck and Brad come up with another almost-completely-improvised original story set in the Harry Potter universe. As before, Brad tries to narrate and Chuck tries to manage voices for all the characters. Does Jerry the Dementor make a return? Has Chuck figured out whether or not Ginny is a Genie? And where is Hermione in all this mess? LISTEN AND FIND OUT! PODCASTIARMUS!

NOTE: Episode 300 will be a live episode at some point in the near future! Round numbers make for better live theater!

Episode 299: Local Restaurants, Super Bowl Analysis, and Dead Rising 4

Another shorter episode to round out the week! After a quick plug for this weekend's Spectacular Cookie Smackdown, I relate a cute little story involving tech support for my dad. Chuck talks with me about a Fast and Furious Live show (I'm still confused), then we talk about some restaurants we've been to lately - how delicious were they? And would we talk about them if they weren't? Chuck talks about helping some friends move (my shoulder is still messed up!) and then we dive into a field of expertise: our Super Bowl experience. What did we think about the narrative of the game? Did Chuck's mom make great snacks for her party? Stuff like that! Chuck tosses in another restaurant mention, then we talk about the full experience of Dead Rising 4, including (at some point) spoilers for the end of the game. That's it for this week!

Episode 298 Part 2: The Philosophy of Liking Everything

Because we ran long last time we recorded, we cut the episode into two more-palatable parts. This is second of those parts for your palate! We talk about our somewhat shared philosophy of trying to like everything, specifically things in the arts but also food, social situations, and more. What are the pros and cons of such an approach? Does it make us seem like better people? Does it make us ACTUALLY better people (than we were)? Seriously, what is the downside to a positive attitude?

Episode 298 Part 1: Director Ben Affleck, Gamestop Corporate Decisions, and Magnificent 7

We ran long this week, so pay no attention to the fact that we don't say "part one" at the beginning of the episode! This episode finds us talking about the below Web Couliers, then we talk about Johnny Knoxville's next film project, before chatting about Ben Affleck stepping down as director of "The Batman." We talk a lot about some Gamestop policies for their employees and how they will affect the business.
We then discuss Chris Gethard's one-man show being broadcast on HBO, then briefly talk about the New York Times' bestseller lists. We review our week - including my contribution of Chipotle to our Royal Rumble party - then I tell Chuck about the movie "Arrival." We then review Magnificent Seven (the remake) before cutting ourselves off for part one.

Episode 297: Appropriate Joke Targets, Nintendo Switch, and Stephen Lynch Live

We kick off this week with some basic updates, then a recap of an email sent in by one of our favorite listeners. True to form, we stay 100% on subject and contribute no nonsense to the discussion of this email. After that, we talk about the SNL writer suspended for making a joke about the president's son - was it too far? Are other minors in the limelight treated the same way? A real discussion! We come back from that and talk about Alien 5, a new Leslie Mann comedy (those are separate projects, although I would absolutely watch a crossover), as well as Jerry Seinfeld providing new content exclusively for Netflix.
We talk about the below Web Coulier, then the news that there is new music coming from Goldfinger, Blink-182, and the Transplants. Kevin Smith is part of the new Call of Duty DLC, which confuses both of us. We talk about the Nintendo Switch and our impressions of the new console. We talk about the Women's March(es) this past weekend, then review the Stephen Lynch show we saw last week. Was it ruined by drunk idiots? Yes! We discuss our recent stand-up appearances at Comix (there were also drunk idiots there), then Chuck poses a very important and interesting question based in the Spider-Man universe!

Episode 296: John Cleese Live, Laura Jane Grace's "Tranny," and Reel Big Fish

Whoa mama! We are back! And we want to update you on all the cool stuff we've experienced since the last time we did a "normal" podcast! We discuss Less Than Jake, our frustrations with WWE Survivor Series, our Thanksgivings, Chuck's Black Friday adventures, Chuck's move from Providence back to Warren, my car trouble, S*D's show with The Ataris....*comically deep breath*....our Christmas podcast, the hot wing video, Chuck's Disney trip, my car trouble redux, Friend Christmas, Actual Christmas, Chuck's Move Prep, Chuck's Move, my "boundary busting" meal, sledding....*pauses for a sip of water*....Chuck went to see John Cleese do a live Q&A, we saw Reel Big Fish (and others) at the House of Blues, and we end by discussing Laura Jane Grace's memoir "Tranny" and how it affected each of us. There was a lot of stuff to catch up on!
