Episode 38: Cirque De Soleil, Brad Gets Cut Off, Last Tango In Paris, and Christmas!


After the Senior Discount/Sky Punch and Chuck/Brad updates, Chuck and Brad discuss Chuck's recent trip to see Cirque De Soleil: Alegria, and Brad talks about his recent trip to a shopping center, where he had a gestures-only fight with a woman in another car.
They talk about Chuck's screenplay that's been in the works since around 2006, and they discuss the controversy behind the film "Last Tango In Paris".

After the Senior Discount/Sky Punch and Chuck/Brad updates (and a few funny S*D/SP stories), Chuck and Brad discuss the documentary "Heckler", as well as criticisms of themselves as critics.
They go on to talk about fairness in criticism, where Brad gives Chuck an (extremely rare) compliment.
Chuck announces he has been employed by Moviestop, and Brad expresses some surprise. Brad brings up the three big events of the week - Joe Wilson/Barack Obama, Serena Williams/a sensitive official, and the exhaustively parodied Kanye West/Taylor Swift - and Brad and Chuck bicker about their levels of rudeness.
Chuck brings up Netflix, the streaming video library it brings to the Xbox 360, and its extremely affordable price. The two brothers-in-media also talk about some upcoming movies.
The podcast closes with an odd case of cyberbullying, which directly led to a young girl's suicide.

Chuck tells the story of the past two Senior Discount shows - Senior Discount's triumphant co-headlining slot on the outside stage of Lupo's Block Party (with Badfish, Someday Providence, the Agents, the Cobra-Matics and more) where they gave out some free signed shirts, as well as Senior Discount playing the first of their Hot Topic acoustic shows.
They also answer some listener emails, leading to them discussing the idea that the world may end is 2012.
