#572 - The Our Father documentary, Morbius, and Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers (2022)

Ray Harrington joins us this week and we (once again) immediately go off the rails. I talk about blacking out on Ambien and somehow this leads to an extended riff about the JonBenet Ramsey case. Chuck explains the Netflix documentary Our Father to Ray and me and we are suitably appalled. Speaking of appalling, we also watched Morbius. We close with an extended discussion about the new Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers movie and how we felt they executed the pop culture mash-up in 2022!

#559 - The Trailers for Dr. Strange 2 / NOPE / Rescue Rangers and Brad's Orlando Jaunt

We kick off this episode with Chuck bragging about his "cool-guy-D&D" night. He then relays a story about borrowing a camera from our pal Ray Harrington and the camera accidentally being broken. We get hyped about the next TMNT video game and talk about the new Doctor Strange trailer and the character revealed in said trailer. We share our excitement about the new Rescue Rangers trailer and I share my trepidation about the trailer for "Nope." Chuck tells me all about Tinder Swindler. I promote my friend Sophie's recent BBC4 documentary about love and the human brain. I relate the story of a very quick trip I made to Orlando for my friends' wedding and my foolish mistakes regarding candy on the plane. We close with a quick talk about the Super Bowl halftime show! Wow!

#414 (REMASTERED) - Blockbuster Culture, Delicious Burgers, and How Would We Do In Prison?

**This episode has been remastered. The first upload had subpar quality for the ads during the ad swap game, and that has been fixed!**
We are joined this week by Dylan the Intern, which is always a blast. After we plug our upcoming shows, we discuss blockbuster culture and how that affects the future (and present) of cinema. Once we finish up there, we sing the praises of RI Food Fights' Big Burger Blowout. We review the Boundary Brewhouse, The Hungry Goat's Kitchen, and Bucktown. Chuck brags about us finishing the game Rescue Rangers (originally for the NES) this afternoon. Chuck explains the Netflix show "Jailbirds" to me and I am fascinated. We also continue to play the "Ad Swap" game with other podcasts and it remains a ton of fun.

Episode 150: The Story of Matt and the Copacetics

Episode 150?!??! Wow! The sesquicentennial episode of Agreeing to Disagree is based chiefly around an interview with Matt Di Chiara, the lead singer for local ska band The Copacetics. Before the guys dive into the interview, though, we get Senior Discount updates and some updates about projects Brad is working on. After that, they discuss the below Web Coulier, before going into some of Chuck's famous Movie Driplets concerning a possible director for the "Uncharted" movie, a remake of Chip N' Dale's Rescue Rangers, and a musical based on Back To The Future.
The guys start talking with Matt about his background as an artist. What led him to music, and to ska music in particular? How does he look at being in a band? What does he think about the local scene? How has art (and specifically music) helped him throughout his life? An engaging look at an incredibly nice human being.

TRAILER: "A Million Ways to Die in the West"
